This Privacy Policy explains how Family Art Painting Inc ("Family Art Painting", "we", "us"), 46 Broad St, Marlborough, MA 01752, collects, uses and protects information when you visit familyartpainting.com (the "Site") or contact us.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out one of our forms (the free estimate form or the contact form) we receive what you type in, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, town, the service and timing you need, how you prefer to be contacted and your message. When you call, text or e-mail us, we receive your phone number or e-mail address and whatever you choose to share, such as your address and project details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of the visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site working.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from jsDelivr, so those providers receive your IP address when the page loads. See the Google Privacy Policy and the jsDelivr Privacy Policy for details.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your questions, prepare estimates, schedule and complete work, follow up on jobs, keep business records, and protect the Site against spam and abuse.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, the service that delivers contact form messages to our e-mail, and the lead management system run for us by our marketing agency, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we will only use it to talk with you about your request or project. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not share your number with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations, and then delete them.

The Site uses a secure HTTPS connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information in line with Massachusetts data security rules.

Your choices

Children

The Site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to other websites

The Site links to Google, Instagram and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
